Delete your KCCupConnect account

You can permanently delete your KCCupConnect account and the personal data associated with it directly in the app, or by contacting our support team.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the KCCupConnect app on your device.
  2. Sign in with the account you want to delete (email/password, Google, or Apple).
  3. Go to your Profile tab.
  4. Tap Manage account (from the profile menu or button).
  5. Scroll to the Session section.
  6. Tap Delete account.
  7. Confirm deletion when prompted.
  8. If asked, sign in again to verify your identity (password, Google, or Apple).

Guest accounts cannot be deleted through this flow. To remove a guest session, log out or uninstall the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@kccupconnect.com from the email address linked to your account. Include the subject line Account deletion request and the email or username on your KCCupConnect account. We will verify ownership and process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or disconnect the following data tied to your account:
