Delete your KCCupConnect account

You can permanently delete your KCCupConnect account and the personal data associated with it directly in the app, or by contacting our support team.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the KCCupConnect app on your device.
Sign in with the account you want to delete (email/password, Google, or Apple).
Go to your Profile tab.
Tap Manage account (from the profile menu or button).
Scroll to the Session section.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm deletion when prompted.
If asked, sign in again to verify your identity (password, Google, or Apple).

Guest accounts cannot be deleted through this flow. To remove a guest session, log out or uninstall the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@kccupconnect.com from the email address linked to your account. Include the subject line Account deletion request and the email or username on your KCCupConnect account. We will verify ownership and process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or disconnect the following data tied to your account:

What data may be kept

Some data may be retained after account deletion for legal, safety, or operational reasons:

Moderation and safety records (for example, reports you submitted or reports about your account) may be kept in anonymized or minimized form for up to 90 days to investigate abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Aggregated or de-identified analytics (for example, app usage statistics that cannot identify you) may be retained by our analytics providers.
Server and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and troubleshooting, then automatically deleted or anonymized.
Backup copies in our cloud infrastructure may take up to 30 days to be fully purged after deletion.

When deletion takes effect

In-app deletion begins immediately after you confirm and re-authenticate (if required).
Email requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
